Rice pudding



 Ingredients:

 Broken rice 1/3 cup

 Milk one and a half kg

 Chinese custom

 Ground cardamom three times

 A bit of shredded coconut



 Recipe:



 Wash the broken rice and soak it for three hours, then grind it well with your hands to make it fine.

 Then take it out of the water and mix it in milk and cook it with a spoon.

 If it starts to thicken, add sugar as per your taste and also add cardamom.

 Grate the coconut. Remove the sugar water when dry.

 Eat when cool.

 Do not overheat and add more milk instead of water.
