Recipe:

  To make the dough, mix 15 eggs, 300 grams of flour, 300 grams of sugar, one tablespoon of baking powder and two tablespoons of cocoa powder and knead it well. Now bake it in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. For the topping, mix half a cup of 200 grams of white butter, fresh cream, 2 tablespoons of powder and 4-5 tablespoons of icing sugar and make a paste and keep it in the fridge. Then melt 300 grams of chocolate and make a paste by adding half a cup of fresh cream and 3 to 4 tablespoons of butter to it. Also, make a cup of sugar syrup separately. Then, after the sponge is ready, halve it in the middle and apply a layer of sugar syrup. Now coat it with butter cream and cover it with a layer of cooking chocolate.
