Chinese samosas


Ingredients:


Chicken Boneless..Half Kg


Eggs: Five (boiled)


Samosa patties...as required


Milk: one and a half cups


Come on. Four numbers


 Salt and pepper to taste


Ghee for deep frying

Recipe. 

Cut the small pieces of potato and chicken and put them in a pot. Add salt and black pepper and add milk and cook until the milk dries up while the potatoes and chicken are cooked. Now mix this mixture well and add the eggs. Add in small pieces and mix well. Now put this mixture on the patti and make samosas. Heat the ghee in a pan and add the samosas and fry until golden brown and serve with tamarind or mint and yogurt chutney.
