📝 Ingredients

🧁 For Brownie Sponge
Eggs – 4 large

All-purpose flour (Maida) – 1 cup (about 120 grams)

Sugar – 1 cup (200 grams)

Cocoa powder – 2 tablespoons

Baking powder – 1 teaspoon

Butter (melted) – 1/2 cup

Milk – 1/2 cup

Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon

🍰 For Sugar Syrup

Sugar – 1/2 cup

Water – 1/2 cup

🧈 For Cream Topping

White butter – 200 grams

Fresh cream – 2 cups

Icing sugar – 100 grams

🍫 For Chocolate Ganache

Cooking chocolate – 300 grams

Fresh cream – 1/2 cup

Butter – 2–3 tablespoons

👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Recipe

1. Prepare the Batter

Start by taking a large mixing bowl. Add eggs and sugar, then beat them well until the mixture becomes light and slightly fluffy.

Now add melted butter, milk, and vanilla essence. Mix everything well.

In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and gently fold it. Make sure there are no lumps, but do not overmix.

2. Bake the Brownie

Preheat your oven to 180°C (not 200°C, as too high heat can dry the brownie).

Grease a baking tray or line it with butter paper. Pour the batter evenly into the tray.

Bake for about 20–25 minutes. Insert a toothpick in the center—if it comes out with a few moist crumbs, your brownie is perfect.
Let it cool completely before cutting.

3. Prepare Sugar Syrup

In a saucepan, mix sugar and water. Heat it until the sugar dissolves completely. No need to make it thick—just a simple syrup is enough.

Let it cool.

4. Make Cream Topping

In a bowl, add white butter and beat it until smooth.

Now add icing sugar and mix well. Then add fresh cream and beat until it becomes light and fluffy.

Place the cream in the fridge for 15–20 minutes so it sets properly.

5. Prepare Chocolate Ganache

Chop the cooking chocolate and place it in a bowl.

Heat fresh cream until warm (not boiling), then pour it over the chocolate. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes, then mix until smooth.

Add butter and mix again to get a shiny, silky ganache.

6. Assemble the Brownie Cake

Once the brownie has cooled, cut it into two layers.

Apply sugar syrup evenly on both layers to keep the cake moist.

Now spread a thick layer of cream topping on the first layer. Place the second layer on top.

Cover the entire cake with chocolate ganache smoothly.

7. Final Decoration

Fill the remaining cream into a piping bag and decorate the cake as you like.

You can also add chocolate chips, nuts, or sprinkles for extra beauty.
