. Fry fish
  Ingredients:
  Fish ------------- one kg, cut into pieces for frying
  Ground Red Chilli --------------- One Tablespoon or as per taste
  Salt ------------ As per taste
  Crushed garlic--------------- 2 tbsp
  Vinegar---------- 3 to 4 Tablespoons
  Celery-------------- One teaspoon of fine powder or paste
  Besan----------------------------------
  Oil------------- As required
  Recipe:
  First apply salt and vinegar to the fish and keep it for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash it well. Now apply garlic, celery, salt and pepper well on the fish pieces. Now put the spices on a big plate. Place the pieces of fish in such a way that the pieces are connected to each other. Now keep the fish to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours so that the excess water of the fish comes out. Now add salt to taste and a little ground in the basin. Add the red chillies and make a mixture. Do not make the mixture too thick. After heating the oil, dip the fish pieces in the basin and fry them golden brown on both sides on medium heat.
