Chinese samosas


Ingredients:


Chicken Boneless..Half Kg


Eggs: Five (boiled)


Samosa patties...as required


Milk: one and a half cups


Come on. Four numbers


 Salt and pepper to taste


Ghee for deep frying

Recipe. 

Cut the small pieces of potato and chicken and put them in a pot. Add salt and black pepper and add milk and cook until the milk dries up while the potatoes and chicken are cooked. Now mix this mixture well and add the eggs. Add in small pieces and mix well. Now put this mixture on the patti and make samosas. Heat the ghee in a pan and add the samosas and fry until golden brown and serve with tamarind or mint and yogurt chutney.

Eggs 15 numbers

Maida 300 grams

 Baking powder A tablespoon

Cocoa powder. 2 tbsp

Topping Ingredients

White butter 200 grams

Fresh cream 2 cups

Icing sugar 100 grams

 Sugar syrup A bowl

Cooking chocolate 300 grams

Icing cream 4-5 tbsp

Recipe:

  To make the dough, mix 15 eggs, 300 grams of flour, 300 grams of sugar, one tablespoon of baking powder and two tablespoons of cocoa powder and knead it well. Now bake it in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. For the topping, mix half a cup of 200 grams of white butter, fresh cream, 2 tablespoons of powder and 4-5 tablespoons of icing sugar and make a paste and keep it in the fridge. Then melt 300 grams of chocolate and make a paste by adding half a cup of fresh cream and 3 to 4 tablespoons of butter to it. Also, make a cup of sugar syrup separately. Then, after the sponge is ready, halve it in the middle and apply a layer of sugar syrup. Now coat it with butter cream and cover it with a layer of cooking chocolate. Finally, put the rest of the butter and cream in a piping bag and garnish

 Ingredients:

 Broken rice 1/3 cup

 Milk one and a half kg

 Chinese custom

 Ground cardamom three times

 A bit of shredded coconut



 Recipe:



 Wash the broken rice and soak it for three hours, then grind it well with your hands to make it fine.

 Then take it out of the water and mix it in milk and cook it with a spoon.

 If it starts to thicken, add sugar as per your taste and also add cardamom.

 Grate the coconut. Remove the sugar water when dry.

 Eat when cool.

 Do not overheat and add more milk instead of water.

 Ingredients:


 •Chicken_____ 800 grams


 • Salt _____ to taste


 •Ginger garlic paste_____ 3 tbsp


 • Lemon juice_____ 2 tbsp


 •Turmeric powder_____ 1 teaspoon


 •Red Chilli Powder_____ 2 Tablespoons


 • Red chillies chopped_____ 1 teaspoon


 • Yogurt_____ 3 tablespoons


 • Garam masala powder_____ 1 tablespoon


 • Cumin powder_____ 1 tablespoon


 • Coriander powder_____ 1 tablespoon


 • Black pepper powder_____ half teaspoon


 •Rice_____ 2 glasses


 • Water_____ as required


 •Edible oil_____ 6 tbsp


 •Tomato puree_____ 6 tomatoes


 •Proof cumin_____ 1 tablespoon


 • Yellow color_____ half a teaspoon


 •Chicken_____ ice cream half cup




 Composition:




 Take the chicken in a pot and add salt, ginger garlic paste (one tablespoon), lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chili powder (one tablespoon), chopped red chilies, curd, hot masa laha powder ( Add half a spoon), cumin powder (half a spoon), coriander powder (half a spoon), black pepper powder and cooking oil (three spoons), mix it and keep it in the fridge for an hour.


 Now put water and rice in a bowl and soak it for fifteen to twenty minutes.


 Now add water, cooking oil and rice in a pan and boil it.


 Now barbecue the prepared chicken on the grill.


 Now take a pot and add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, salt, red chili powder (one tablespoon), cumin powder, hot spice powder (half tablespoon), cumin powder (half tablespoon) and coriander powder. Add (half a tablespoon) and fry for two to three minutes and add the prepared barbecue chicken and cook for eight to ten minutes.


 Now put the garnish on it and roast it for five minutes.


 Now add the prepared spices, garnish and rice to it and repeat this process.


 Now add the yellow color and chicken yolk to it and simmer for eight to ten minutes.


 Your delicious Chicken Barbeque Biryani is ready
