Vanilla ice cream

 Ingredients:

Two bowls of double cream, two bowls of milk, four eggs, separate the yolks, three quarters of a bowl of sugar, vanilla essence as required.

Recipe:

Put the milk and cream in a non-stick pan and cook on medium heat and mix with a wooden spoon. In a bowl, add the egg yolks, vanilla essence and sugar and beat well, then add the cream and half a cup of the milk mixture to the yolks. Put it in and mix it well with the batter. After that, add the yolk mixture to the mixture while it is heating in the saucepan and cook it for eight minutes on low heat. Remove the pan from the stove. Sift the mixture into the mold and cover it and put it in the freezer. After that, take it out and beat it with batter and put it in the freezer again for six to eight hours. The delicious ice cream is ready.

Achar gosht recipe 

 Ingredients:

 

 Meat------------------ one kg

 Yogurt---------------- half-cup

Fennel and half-------------- teaspoon

 Kalonji----------- One and a half teaspoon

Onion -------------- Four digits (finely chopped

 Salt and Red Chilli ----- As required

Green Chilli----------------------------------------------------------------------------ing (finely chopped)

Cumin ------------- One and a half teaspoons

Maithre----------------- One and a half tea spoon

 Tomato-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- more

Ginger Garlic-------------- As required (Grinded)

Oil----------------- as required

Recipe. 

After frying the onion, add the meat, ground ginger and garlic and continue frying until the water in the meat dries up.

Add salt, pepper and curd and tomato to the meat and let it cook.

When the water becomes dry, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, mithre kalonji and green chillies.

Then keep it on low flame for 10 minutes

Serve with fresh bread when ready.

Daal chawal recipe

 


Ingredients:

 • Moong Dal_____ 200 grams

Lentils and lentils _____ 200 grams

 •Rice_____ 300 grams

• Water_____ as required

• Salt _____ to taste

• Green _____ chilies two nos

•Garlic_____ 4 nos

 • Edible oil_____ 3 tbsp  

 • Turmeric_____ 1 teaspoon

•Red chili powder_____ 2 tbsp

  •Garlic Chop_____ 1 tablespoon

• Coriander powder_____ 1 teaspoon

Jeera powder_____ 1 teaspoon

Onions_____ half an onion

 Proof cumin_____ 1 tablespoon

 •Provided red chillies_____ 3 nos

 Recipe:

Soak the rice in Kopani for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Now put water, salt, cooking oil, cumin and rice in a pot and boil the rice.

Now soak mung dal, masoor dal in water for fifteen to twenty minutes.

 Now put the pulses in water and boil them. Now add the salt, turmeric, ground red chillies, green chillies, garlic, coriander powder and cumin powder to it and simmer on low flame for fifteen to twenty minutes.

When the pulses are cooked well, add the tadka.

Tarka: Take the cooking oil from the pan, add the onion and cumin seeds and fry until light brown, then add the chopped garlic, red chillies and ground red chillies an

d take them out after cooking a little. You are ready

Mutton karahi recipe

 

Shahi mutton karahi 



 Ingredients:


 Mutton ----- one and a half kilos


 Tomatoes ------ As required


 Onion ------ two pcs


 Garlic ginger paste ------ Two tablespoons


 Red Chilli ------ Two tablespoons


 Hot spices-------half tablespoon


 Green Chillies ----- Six Nos


 Lemon ----- Two numbers


 Almonds ------- Ten nos


 Cashews ------ ten numbers


 Oil ------ half cup


 Salt ------ to taste


Recipe:


 After washing the mutton well, add the garlic ginger paste, salt, onion (chopped thickly) and a cup of water and keep it for fifteen to twenty minutes to decompose.

Put the oil in a separate pan and heat it on medium flame, then add the finely chopped tomatoes to it - add the red chilli powder and hot spice powder and fry till the tomato gets browned, then add the mutton and green chillies cut from the middle. Add the finely chopped lemon and fry well until all the oil comes to the top. Finally, peel the almonds and add the cashews and keep them for five minutes.

Delicious shahi mutton kadhahi is ready- served with tandoori naan-
