Chicken Sindhi biryani

 


Sindhi Biryani

Ingredients:

chicken................... Half a kilo

Oil A cup

Garlic A teaspoon

Salt Half a teaspoon

 Green coriander.................. Take a thick, thick coat

Green peppers................. Cut ten or twelve pieces

Potatoes Six to eight numbers

Potato Take half kilowatt

Rice Half a kilo

Onion. 2 numbers

Ginger A teaspoon

chili pepper................. One and a half teaspoons

tomato................ Cut two numbers

Mint................. Take half a coat

chili pepper................... Take eight to ten fixed coats

Salt A tablespoon

Proven hot spice. (Cinnamon one piece, cumin one tablespoon, big cardamom one piece, small cardamom)

Yogurt A cup

Onion. Take 2 cloves

Blend curd and onion)

Biryani Essence A few drops

Yolk color and oil for topping

Recipe:

Heat the oil and fry the onion, then add the meat, ginger, garlic and fry.

Then add all the spices and water and let the meat melt. When the meat is half cooked, add potatoes and cook.

When the potatoes are cooked, take them out. Fry the meat. Then add the curd and blended onions and keep them for two to three minutes. Heat the rice with water.

Add the hot spices and strain a little, then add the rice in to the pan. Then add korma, then rice. Sprinkle with oil. Add the yolk color, biryani essence and place it on the tail.

Mutton korma recipe

Mutton korma recipe 

 Mutton Korma (INGREDIENTS)

1.Edible oil_____ half a cup


2.Onion_____ 3 pcs


3.Green Cardamom_____ 4 pcs


4.Mutton Nali Wala_____ 700 gms


5.Ginger garlic paste_____ 2 tbsp


6.Salt _____ according to horoscope


7.Red chili powder_____ one and a half tablespoons


8.Coriander powder_____ 1 tablespoon


9.Cumin powder_____ 1 tablespoon


10.Garam Masa Laha Powder_____ 1 tsp


11.Proven hot spice_____ 1 tablespoon


12.Yogurt_____ 1 cup




METHOD. 




Heat the oil in a pan. Now add the onion to it and fry it lightly. Now put curd and green cardamom in a grinder and grind it. Now take the mutton, put it in a pan and add the grated curd to the mutton and mix it and keep it in the fridge for an hour. Now take the cooking oil into a pan and add ginger garlic paste to it and fry it lightly brown. Now add the prepared mutton to it and cook for two to three minutes. Now add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, hot spice powder, hot spice powder and fry for five minutes. Now, add the fried onion and curd after grinding it and mix it and let it simmer for thirty to thirty, five minutes. Your delicious mutton korma is ready.
