Ingredients.
For Chicken Marinade:
500g boneless chicken (thin strips)
1 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
For Garlic Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & black pepper
For Filling:
Cabbage (shredded)
Carrot (julienne)
Onion (thin slices)
Cucumber (optional)
For Wrap:
Pita bread or roti
Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, add chicken and all marinade ingredients. Mix well and marinate for at least 1 hour (for best results, marinate for 4–5 hours).
